Held at Brooklyn School in Wellington, the Minister said he was delighted to launch CHaOS, an innovative and exciting project, where information and communication technology (ICT) would help children learn better and teachers teach more effectively.
Technology partner to the CHaOS Project, HP, donated a number of intuitive technology tablet-style laptops, which the Minister said were "cutting edge and fun".
After the official launch, the Minister spent time with Brooklyn School students who were putting the tablet laptops through their paces.
